Alvienova | Forgiveness Making Healthier Heart | Research reveals, they are able to forgive the painful events that will protect them from surges in blood pressure or hypertension increases the risk of heart attack and stroke. As reported by the dailymail.

Researchers from the University of California, San Diego asked more than 200 volunteers to think about friends who have offended them. Half of the group were ordered to think that it makes them angry, while the other half of their friends are encouraged to forgive mistakes.

After five minutes of thinking, participants were instructed to think about it again in any way they choose. The participants were monitored with a cable, which takes blood pressure and heart rate readings.

The team, led by Dr Britta Larsen, find a group of angry to see the greatest increase in blood pressure compared to contemplate forgiveness after the first session.

The authors say, although a small study, a study published in the Journal of Medicines Biobehavioural because it suggests forgiveness could provide a low reactivity to stress and other physical health.

Short-term increase in blood pressure is not known to be dangerous. But if it happens for some it will increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.
