Alvienova | Effects of Antibiotics Not Spent |  1. Bacteria remaining
If you are not taking antibiotics correctly, all the bacteria causing the infection may not be killed. Consequently then, the infection can come back in the same place or even appear elsewhere.

2. The occurrence of bacterial resistance
Antibiotics are not thoroughly into the most efficient way which causes bacteria to become resistant by inhibiting its growth. This can be done by killing the bacteria quickly.

When bacteria multiply, they randomly change their DNA that makes them resistant to antibiotics. So, when they breed, someone who has a number of bacteria may no longer respond to antibiotics.

3. Making the bacteria become 'resilient'
Some bacteria can make the immune system to do things that should not be. A classic example of this is when the sore throat causes rheumatic fever.
The cause of the disease is not fully understood, but it is estimated that there are parts of the body which has a component that is chemically similar to the bacteria that cause strep throat, group A Streptococcus bacteria. So, when the immune system starts to fight these bacteria, it confuses your body (especially the part-certain parts of the brain, joints, kidneys, and heart) with the bacteria that cause damage to parts of the body.
It took a while for this to happen, so it is common for symptoms of acute rheumatic fever appeared in the days after a throat infection. However, almost never occurs when strep throat is really treated early with antibiotics.

4. Bacteria migrate
In the effort to get rid of the infection, we have to make sure all the bacteria causing the infection has died. If you do not take antibiotics according to the dose, the bacteria could move somewhere else that it could be more deadly.
